What we collect
When you use Qaabl, we collect: • Your first name, which you enter on the setup page. • The answers you type during your interview session. • Basic technical information such as your browser type and IP address, collected automatically by our hosting provider. If you use the voice input feature, your speech is processed by your browser's built-in speech recognition service (on Chrome, this is Google's service). We do not record or store your audio — only the transcribed text is saved as your answer. We do not collect your email address. We do not require you to create an account. We do not use cookies to track you across sites.
How we use it
Your interview answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your assessment report. That report — along with your session — is saved to our database (Supabase) so you can revisit your results later. We use your first name only to personalize the interview experience. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.

How long we keep data
Sessions and reports are stored indefinitely so you can return to your results. If you'd like your data deleted at any time, just email us at fawazalhubail@gmail.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time. Send an email to fawazalhubail@gmail.com and we'll respond within a few days.
Children
Qaabl is intended for adults entering the workforce. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, please contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If something material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
